Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How do I sign up more than one child using the same e-mail address?

Golf Genius requires unique e-mail addresses for each user to use for logins. To allow for the use of the same e-mail for communication purposes, the software work-around is to add a plus sign and number to your e-mail address before the at symbol i.e. youraddress+1@mailprovider.com. Simply add this and increase the number for each successive child you sign up after the first one e.g. youraddress+2, youraddress+3 for your third and fourth children and so on.

  1. I've registered my child(ren). How do I sign up for one of the camps?

While logged in using the e-mail and password you provided at registration, from the navigation bar, select "Camp Sign Up". From there, you will see a list of all camps and can sign your child up for whichever you choose. The system is limited in that you are only allowed to sign up for one camp at a time, so you must pay for each class separately. You must repeat this process for each child you wish to sign up. You do this by logging out, then logging back in with the e-mail and password combination you provided for that child.

  1. How do I cancel my child out of a class (or all classes)?

If for whatever reason your plans changed and your child can no longer attend a class you previously signed them up for, please e-mail one of the following people:

Please include in your e-mail the name(s) of your child or children and what classes you are cancelling out of. Also, please try to cancel at least 48 hours in advance to ensure a proper reporting of attendance to the instructor.

  1. I signed up my child for a camp, but it said I was put on a wait list, can my child come?

If a camp is full when you sign up for it, your child will be put on the waiting list. The waiting list is first in, first out. When another player cancels out of a camp, the first person on the wait list will receive an e-mail asking them if they want to attend and to pay the camp fee.

Please note: if your child is waitlisted, your child is not paid and may not attend the camp unless you receive an e-mail saying that a spot has opened up and have paid the associated fee.
